Rescue Diver

3 Days     -     1275000 $     -     Elearning include

Divers describe the PADI Rescue Diver course as the most challenging, although it is the most rewarding course of all they have done. Why? Because they learn to prevent and manage water problems and become a more confident diver with their skills, knowing that you can help others if they need it. During the course, they learn to become a better partner by practicing problem-solving techniques until this becomes their second nature. In addition, the course is fun - but serious, although it still allows a lot of laughs focused on learning.

The PADI Rescue Diver course prepares you to face major and minor diving emergencies using a variety of techniques. Through the development of knowledge and rescue exercises, learn what to look for and how to respond. During rescue drills, he puts his knowledge and skills into practice. Topics include:
Self-rescue
Recognize and manage distress in other divers
Management of emergencies and equipment
Rescue divers in panic
Rescue unconscious divers

He will use your basic diving equipment and will need a pocket mask to practice resuscitation in the water. During the exercises, you will work with an oxygen unit, floats, marker buoys and perhaps CPR mannequins. Your PADI Instructor will explain the equipment you need and can suggest additional equipment, such as your own first aid kit, which will be useful throughout your diving career.

PADI (Junior) Advanced Open Water Divers who are at least 12 years old and have completed the Underwater Navigation Adventure Immersion may enroll in the Rescue Diver course. You also need to have Emergency First Response Primary and Secondary Care (CPR) training within the last 24 months. You can complete this training during the Rescue Diver course. Your instructor can also offer the PADI Emergency Oxygen Provider specialty diving course at the same time.
