Discovery Scubadiving Day

We offer this program in a swimming pool, on the beach or from a diving boat. Although not a diving certification course, Discovery Day is a quick and easy introduction to exploring the underwater world.

​You will learn the basic safety guidelines and skills needed to dive under the direct supervision of a PADI Professional. If you do an open water dive, you will practice some more skills in shallow water to prepare for your adventure. Be prepared for:

   Review the diving equipment you will use for diving and how easy it is to get around underwater with your equipment.
  Find out what it feels like to breathe underwater.
Learn key skills you’ll use in each dive.
Have fun swimming and exploring.

   Learn how to become a certified diver with the PADI Open Water Diver course.
 

 We’ll provide you
all the basic diving equipment you will use including a mask, tube, fins, regulator, buoyancy control device, diving instruments and a tank.

​To register for a PADI Discover Scuba Diving experience, you must be at least 10 years old. No prior experience in diving is necessary, but you need to have reasonable physical health.
