"La Mer" Diving School is a family business, it was created by Yessica and Sebastien "the French" diving instructor . Together they work in tourism and diving in the Santa Marta area for years.
The priorities of the school and its work team, local PADI professionals with international references, are safety, professionalism, respect and maintenance of the underwater environment such as the terrestrial environment, all in a fun environment.
We work in small groups for a more personalized teaching. We will go diving in Tayrona National Park, which has 3,000 hectares of sea, in the areas of Isla Aguja and the Bay of Granate.
The park has more than 100 species of corals, more than 200 species of sponges, more than 300 species of algae and 400 species of sea and river fish.
All activities can be done in Spanish, English and French.
The equipment and boats we use comply with all technical and safety standards required by the maritime authorities and PADI.
All our prices include a professional PADI (Instructor or Divemaster), the equipment, a dive computer, boat transport to Tayrona National Park, healthy snacks (natural juice, fruit and a snack) underwater photos and for the courses supports Theorists (book, video, etc ...) and certification.
